$70k+ DOE www.sisalcarpet.com www.curranfloor.com www.synsisal.com Trade Sales Account Manager – (Flooring / Design Trade) Curran is seeking a dynamic, experienced Trade Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role— hybrid (3:2) or remote-optional for out-of-state candidates— requires a strong commercial sales background and the ability to manage B2B accounts with precision and urgency. You will be responsible for both developing new trade relationships and maximizing revenue from an assigned portfolio of inbound and active clients. You’ll partner closely with trade professionals across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, serving as both a product expert and strategic sales consultant. Previous experience with commercial specifications, installation requirements, and performance standards is key to guide clients through project planning and execution. Job Responsibilities Grow client base by nurturing existing relationships and engaging new prospects Serve as primary sales contact for assigned trade accounts and qualified leads Drive revenue through targeted prospecting, strategic outreach, and relationship-based engagement Meet and exceed revenue targets by consistently closing qualified opportunities and expanding account value Deliver professional support and curated product recommendations; prepare accurate quotes and manage order entry to align with availability, pricing, and lead times. Proactively identify and develop high-potential accounts through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, video, in-person); develop strategies to convert top-tier leads into active accounts Oversee the full sales cycle—from discovery to delivery—ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to support sampling, order processing, and delivery timelines Represent Curran’s specialized product offerings with technical accuracy and aesthetic fluency Maintain visibility into key accounts and sales pipeline health; communicate insights and progress to sales leadership through regular updates Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on product developments, installation methods, and system tools Recommend improvements and provide feedback on client experience, workflows, and internal systems Qualifications A polished communicator who thrives in client-facing roles Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and relationship-based selling Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in both remote and office settings Results-oriented and self-motivated: A driven and organized professional with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented approach. Strategic, proactive, and highly organized A team player who embraces collaboration and brings a positive attitude Excited about high-touch design sales and sustainable, artisan-made products Passionate about residential and commercial interiors Job Requirements 5-7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on the A+D community Prior experience in commercial flooring, carpet, or FF&E sectors highly preferred Tech savvy: CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, Acumatica, etc.), MS Office, Mac OS Strong communication and interpersonal skills—written, verbal, and visual Comfortable with hybrid/remote workflows and domestic travel About Curran Curran is family owned and operated and has been in business 30 years with its headquarters in Seattle.
