Sales Account Manager Relief Pools & Patio Baton Rouge, LA 70810 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our growing pool construction company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong sales background. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our swimming pools offered to provide accurate information to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Keep the sales area organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and services. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
