Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Bilingual Patient Account Representative at our Sanford, North Carolina office. Our organization operates in the healthcare industry, providing advanced technological solutions. This role involves dealing with patient accounts, maintaining their records, and resolving their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing patient’s credit applications in an efficient manner
- Keeping patient credit records up-to-date and accurate
- Effectively utilizing Allscripts and Cerner Technologies for patient data management
- Handling patient inquiries regarding their accounts and resolving them promptly
- Using Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) for efficient data communication and processing
- Administering patient claims and coordinating with related departments
- Performing billing functions and managing clinical trial operations
- Dealing with appeals related to patient accounts and claims
- Utilizing
EHR SYSTEM
for maintaining electronic health records of patients
- Using Epic Software for managing various healthcare processes and operations. Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in Allscripts software
- Familiarity with Cerner Technologies
- Ability to utilize Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)
- Experience with
