We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Event Setup Lead to join our rental team full-time. This position is based out of our Pelham, NH location and involves leading deliveries and setups for tents, bounce houses, and party rentals , especially during the summer season. You’ll also help with general equipment deliveries and other aspects of the rental business throughout the year.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Load, deliver, and set up event rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, and inflatables Lead a small crew on the road and on-site—ensuring safe, professional setups Assist with equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns—year-round Treat all equipment with care and respect Provide friendly customer service and represent our brand in the field
Requirements:
21 or older with a valid driver’s license Clean driving record – must be insurable Must be able to lift and move heavy items and work in all weather Strong leadership skills and team-first attitude Full-time availability including Saturdays (some early mornings required) Must be dependable, respectful, and take pride in doing the job right Why Work With Us?
