Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of daily unit/service operations while acting as a receptionist, scheduler, and performing clerical/secretarial functions.

Job Essentials:
Ability to read, comprehend, follow instructions, and perform basic arithmetic calculations in order to bill, follow up and process payments from all Third Party Payers. Knowledge of current Federal and State billing regulations which can be acquired in approximately three to six months of on-the-job experience. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to deal effectively with patients and representatives from insurance companies, patients, physicians, etc. Typing and PC skills required. Demonstrate behaviors which exemplify Standards of Service Excellence.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree preferred. Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
