Client Account Representative Responsibilities Meet with current and existing customers through direct engagements to inform them of the products and services that best benefit their needs Close sales efficiently and timely, based upon the customer’s desired preferences; utilize upselling and negotiation tactics when applicable Serve as a primary point of contact and manager of client accounts, addressing any questions, comments, or concerns during the sales process Collaborate with the Senior Client Account Representatives to review and track client progress, manage key sales performance metrics, and provide insightful updates to clients Collect and share client feedback with other Client Account Representatives to help improve sales products and optimize client satisfaction Proactively identify and address any obstacles that may arise during customer interactions to ensure a smoother sales delivery process Qualifications For a
Client Account Representative:
Leadership, sales, or management experience is a plus but not required A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office A student mentality with the desire to learn and grow within the business

Full-time Pay:
$800.00 – $1,100.00 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
