Client Coordinator STS Contractors Sparta, NJ 07871 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Coordinator to join our Residential Remodeling Team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and client interaction, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The Client Coordinator will play a entry level role in managing operations and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service with strong focus on pre-qualifing leads and help the team save time. This candidate will be thought of strategic skills to help identify a great fit/projects Responsibilities This is an entry level position for a growing remodeling firm. Part-time position will change as more tasks are given. Construction knowledge is a plus Estimating projects are a plus Being able to meet with clients is needed. Greet clients and prospects, providing a warm and professional welcome. Manage incoming leads, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, invoices, placing bulk remodel material orders and maintaining client records in a computerized system. Assist with management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Provide bilingual support as needed to enhance communication. (Not Required) Ensure that all supplies are stocked and organized. Requirements Candidate will also be will be pre-qualifing leads and prospects Previous experience as a administrative role is preferred. Strong skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in office management software and computer systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients and internal team. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
