Role:

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Wantagh, NY . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction insurance and familiarity with New York City and State building agency requirements , including DOB, DOT, MTA, Port Authority, and SUNY. You’ll play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with agency standards, and supporting our clients in navigating the complex landscape of construction-related insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of construction insurance accounts with a focus on NYC/state agency compliance. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of insurance certificates and documents. Stay up to date with requirements from NYC agencies such as

DOB , DOT , MTA , SUNY

, and Port Authority . Provide excellent customer service and risk management guidance to clients. Handle renewals, endorsements, audits, and claims assistance.

Requirements:

Experience in construction insurance , preferably in the NYC market. Strong knowledge of agency requirements and procedures related to DOB, DOT, MTA, SUNY, and Port Authority. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
