Job Summary Ready to leave big law? This could be your ticket! Our client, a tech start up company based in New York, is actively seeking a Legal Engagement Manager and Legal Research Manager to join their team and help build their platform from the ground up.
Requirements/Qualifications:
AT LEAST 3-5
years of experience
A background in big law and have experience in M&A and Debt Finance.
J.D. / MBA
