With an expanding footprint and a reputation for service excellence, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a top-performing Sales Rep to join our Manhattan team. We’re seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to help us expand our presence in the Manhattan market. This is a relationship-based sales role focused on building and growing accounts in property management, senior living, affordable housing, and multi-family real estate. You’ll hit the ground running with support, training, and access to warm leads and existing relationships.

Your mission:

build trust, close deals, and become an indispensable resource to your clients. Prospect, qualify, and close new flooring business across Manhattan Maintain and grow relationships with property managers, maintenance supervisors, and regional directors Handle unit turnover work, renovations, and capital improvement project sales Manage the sales process from lead generation to final walkthrough Leverage our CRM to stay organized and drive follow-up Deliver exceptional service and become a go-to partner for your accounts

SALARY:

$50,000 base salary with uncapped commission — realistic potential to earn $100K+ in your first year Annual sales milestones with bonus payouts
