Job Summary We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced SLED Account Manager tojoin our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible forpursuing, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunitieswithin the SLED sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting andselling storage solutions to organizations within your designatedregion. Must live within a commutable distance to customerlocations in Albany, New York and willing to travelResponsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive accountstrategy to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in theSLED sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including healthcare and IT executives
  • Understandthe unique needs and challenges of healthcare organizations andposition our storage solutions as valuable assets to address theirrequirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to developcustomized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specificneeds of healthcare customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations andpresentations to showcase the features and benefits of our storagesolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position ourofferings
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives ona quarterly and annual basis
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts andreports to management Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years ofsuccessful sales experience; preferably in the SLED sector
  • Proventrack record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of storage solutions and theirapplication in education environments
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complextechnical information to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel withinthe assigned territory as required
Compensation:

The target salaryrange for this position is 268,600

  • 347,600 USD.

The salaryoffered will be determined by the candidate’s location,qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside ofthis range. The range is based on ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE)representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of thebase salary and potential commission earned when performancetargets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitiveand in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety offactors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This maycover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or PensionPlans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stockpurchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offeringsare subject to regional variations and governed by local laws,regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailedinformation about the specific benefits for your region during therecruitment process.
