Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to join our team and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and select vendors. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of client accounts—from onboarding to order follow-up—while working closely with a virtual assistant and internal team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers Onboard and set up new client accounts Track and manage orders from start to finish Communicate with vendors and coordinate logistics when necessary Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements Collaborate with a virtual assistant and support sales executives

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

2+ years experience in an account management, sales support, or administrative role Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in email and basic CRM or order management systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to work in-office from 9am-5pm

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
