Company Overview:

We are a dynamic company specializing in providing supplies to hotels. We are seeking a proactive and efficient Account Manager & Sales Support to join our team. This role will be pivotal in streamlining our sales and day-to-day processes on existing customers to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as an account manager for existing clients, managing reorders, and maintaining positive customer relations to encourage repeat business. Assist & Manage leads, allowing the sales team to focus on closing deals. Coordinate with vendors to manage sample distribution, catalog dispatch, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients. Maintain sales tracking and follow-up processes within Asana. Support the sales team with quoting Oversee & Manage the entire order process, including decision-making related to payment, inventory, and shipping, to optimize order fulfillment. Handle one-time projects and streamline business processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations. Utilize Asana for project and task management, ensuring a cohesive workflow and clear communication across the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Proven experience in executive support, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a wholesale environment. (Hotel industry is a plus) Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient in using Asana or similar project management tools, with a keen ability to adapt to new technologies and systems. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make informed decisions quickly. Responsible & Self-motivated and capable of working independently, Dedicated & Reliable to take ownership of your work and follow through without needing supervision, while also being an integral part of leading the team. Willingness to take ownership of the role, demonstrating initiative and the ability to drive projects to completion.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time In-House position in our Monsey office. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of adapting to changing business needs.
