Southampton, NY Founded in 1999 and now the exclusive bi-coastal national landscape firm after joining forces with Diamond Landscaping in 2023, Mahoney Associates, LLC is renowned for creating and maintaining luxurious, awe-inspiring residential landscapes in Southampton, New York. We’re expanding our horizons and inviting talented professionals to help elevate outdoor living experiences in some of the Hamptons’ most esteemed neighborhoods. We are currently seeking passionate, experienced candidates for the following positions: 1. Experienced Account Manager About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be the primary architect of enduring client relationships. Your proactive communication, industry insight, and tailored sales strategies will drive client satisfaction and contribute directly to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture trust-based relationships with our discerning clientele.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities to enhance and expand services.

Client Engagement:

Conduct 5-10 client meetings and site visits per week for quality inspections and relationship building.

Proposal & Contract Development:

Craft compelling sales presentations, generate field measurement estimates, and develop detailed proposals that align with budget and margin targets.

Market Insight:

Stay updated on our service offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends to continually provide value to our clients. Qualifications Proven experience in residential sales and account management is preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
