Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Premier Client Account Manager to oversee our high-end landscape maintenance accounts. This role requires a strong foundation in landscape operations, production oversight, and client relations. The ideal candidate has a designer’s eye, a service-driven mindset, and the leadership capabilities to manage crews, subcontractors, and project logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of elite estate and commercial maintenance accounts Identify, propose, and sell enhancements such as: Fine gardening packages Seasonal flower displays Lawn/shrub/tree health care programs Holiday décor Masonry and handyman services Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally Coordinate morning deployment of enhancement crews and ensure foremen understand daily priorities Supervise onsite crews to ensure quality, timely, and contract-compliant work Prepare and maintain monthly Property Status Reports for internal and client-facing use Monitor account budgets and ensure services stay within financial targets Prepare and submit change orders and project proposals Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Irrigation, Lawn/Tree Care, Accounting) and external vendors Ensure safe work practices and report unsafe conditions as needed Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the green industry Strong understanding of landscape design, horticulture, and field operations Proficiency in Aspire, Microsoft Word, and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver’s license Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Why Join Morano Group? Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Saturdays As needed, during our peak planting and project schedules.
