The Senior Account Manager, Paid Social roleis an account management and leadership role meant for a paidsocial advertising wizard who loves developing strategy andexecuting on that strategy in ad platforms for B2C clients. Theideal candidate wants to join a thriving digital agency that ishyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You should beconfident in your ability to drive improvements in accountperformance, while contributing to a collaborative teamenvironment. You will be expected to push the outer limits of yourpaid social advertising knowledge through continuous testing andimmersion into industry trends. Client Revenue Oversight Serve asthe main point of contact and client channel lead clients, whilesupporting the larger team across various projects Revenue &retention responsibilities for managed accounts Participate inonboardings, renewal calls, and other important clientcommunications Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, andplanning Analyze performance data and KPIs Develop weekly clientmeeting content to track progress toward client goals Paid Social ⪻ocess: Maintain excellent standards and quality of service Thinkcreatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that driveresults Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outsAssist with trainings on new features and services Create bestpractices, and assist in developing process documents About You 2-3years of direct paid social client management including Meta andTikTok advertising strategy development, execution & clientrelationship management Experience analyzing backend sales data todrive business outcomes Passion for crunching numbers, analyzingdata in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and navigatingExcel spreadsheets You are a communication guru when presentingdigital marketing strategy to executive audiences You frequentlyfind yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those aroundyou to succeed Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able tosee the trees, forest, and ecosystem ‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ areattributes commonly associated with you 4-year college degree orequivalent work experience Not a Must, but a
