Account Support Specialist Agirepair Inc 220 Huff Ave, Greensburg, PA 15601 AGiRepair is the industry leader in parts and repair of mobile devices across brands and product categories. We deliver high-quality support to schools across the United States for Apple iPad, MacBook, and Chromebook 1:1 initiatives. Over 6,000 schools across the U.S. have chosen AGiRepair as their partner for device management and support. We also support over 5,000 companies, repair shops, and repair depots across the U.S. with their parts and devices repair needs. AGiRepair is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for providing clerical/administrative support to our in-house Sales Team and plays an essential role in helping the Sales Team achieve their goals. The Account Specialist serves as a point of contact for customers with inquiries regarding parts orders, repair submissions, shipments, and payment. Our objective is to hire, train and retain!

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing clerical/administrative support to our in-house Sales Team. Serves as a point of contact for customers with inquiries regarding parts orders, repair submissions, shipments, and payment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide a positive customer experience Assist customers via phone, email, and website Field product and process questions from customers Review required documents for accuracy and completeness Enter orders and quotes paying attention to details to ensure accuracy Assist and coordinate Account Executives’ efforts Create, update, and maintain information in CRM Other duties as assigned.

EOE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service Previous research, data entry, and customer service experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent administrative, clerical, and record-keeping skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent multitasker Detail oriented Self motivated Goal oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, every-changing, environment
