Citizens Private Client provides personalized, world classfinancial planning and advice to help clients achieve theirfinancial goals. We do this through creating a culture ofcontinuous coaching, professional development, and ongoing practicemanagement support. As a Citizens Private Client RelationshipManager (PCRM), you will engage directly with our affluent andhigh-net-worth clients to exceed their expectations by thinkinglong term, always doing the next right thing, and collaboratingwith other colleagues. PCRMs partner with Wealth Financial Advisorsand Certified Financial Planners® (CFPs), creating the CitizensPrivate Client team. Primary responsibilities include
- Acquire andonboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients into a Book ofBusiness through outbound calling and in-branch or partnerintroductions.
- Grow net deposits, investments, and lendingbalances by executing comprehensive discovery and financialplanning conversations, understanding a client’s financial goals,and presenting personalized strategies aligned with each client’sobjectives.
- Deepen and retain client relationships throughproactive outbound engagements based on life events, financialtriggers, and other insights.
- Provide exceptional, high-touchclient experiences.
- Engage Wealth Advisors and CertifiedFinancial Planners to help clients reach their financial goals.
- Partner with colleagues in other lines of business includingRetail, Business Banking, Mortgage and Wealth to provide clients aseamless experience across Citizens.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM totrack activity. Measures of Success include
- Growth in net newinvestment assets in collaboration with Wealth Partners.
- Growthin new deposits including checking, savings, and CD balances.
- Growth in lending units and balances through mortgages, home equitylines, and securities-based lending.
- Client satisfaction surveyresults. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or OtherProfessional Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 3•5years of banking, wealth management or other relevant equivalentexperience.
- Experience working with affluent and high net worthclients.
- A minimum of two licenses required: SIE, Series 6 (or7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses.
Additional licenses can be obtained within a specific timeline uponhire.
- Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-takingsales environment.
- Experience establishing and maintainingrelationships with clients and internal partners.
- Knowledge ofindustry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound controlenvironment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
