Job Description:

As an Account Manager at Real Roof , your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, cultivate relationships within the community, and secure routine maintenance agreements. You will target a diverse range of clients, including residential homeowners, commercial and industrial property owners, real estate investors, property managers, realtors, brokers, and multifamily clients. Specializing in storm damage claims, retail, and maintenance contracts, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities :

Generate leads and identify potential clients within the target market segments. Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their roofing and contractor needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients. Negotiate contracts and secure routine maintenance agreements. Provide ongoing support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements :

Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably within the roofing or contractor industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of storm damage claims process and experience in retail and maintenance contracts (preferred), but not required.
