COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY

An established consulting engineering firm located in the Tampa Bay, Florida area has an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator. As Marketing Coordinator, you will work close with management on business development for commercial, federal, institutional, and healthcare facilities. The position will have direct interface with clients and other supporting organizations.

Tasks include:

Working with firm leadership to develop potential targeted clients and project opportunities. Monitor federal websites and communicate directly with clients for RFP opportunities. Assist with and prepare presentations and interviews. Provide support for marketing requests, conferences, and event requests. Organize, write, and produce responses to RFP’s and proposals. Cultivate client relationships. Strategically contribute to overall firm goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Organized Attention to detail. Self-sufficiency and being responsible for organization, communication, and completion. This can mean working individually on a team, in-person and virtually. Experience communicating directly with clients. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign; Photoshop) and MS Office products. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skilled at discretion and confidentiality.
