Basic Function:
The Telesales Consultant contacts pre-qualified leads and solicits orders via telephone.
Principal Responsibilities:
Contact prospective, pre-screened customers and explain type of service or product we offer. No cold calling – customer will have a scheduled appointment to speak with you. Provide pricing and vehicle information to customers and try to sell them an automobile. Secure and place order with customer and arrange for delivery. Keep tight relationship with customer from order until delivery. Update management database system with results of contact made with customers. Prepare report on sales activities. Ensure customer satisfaction with transaction. Performs other duties as assigned.
Personal Skills/Attributes/Qualifications:
PC literate (MS Word & Excel). Good decision making and analytical skills. Ability to build rapport & maintain a relationship with customer, even after taking the order. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer service skills and prior telemarketing and auto sales experience a plus (not required). Team player that works well with others.
Self-motivated Goal-oriented Required Experience and Education:
One to two years prior sales or auto sales experience a plus (not required). Bilingual a plus

Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
