Full-Time; Seasonal (10 Weeks): 8/11/2025 – 10/17/2025

RATE:

$22/hour, with overtime after 40 hours of work in a week

JOB OVERVIEW

The Partnerships & Advertising Associate supports the work of the Partnerships & Advertising department with coordination, activation, and wrap of select corporate partnerships and advertising packages at the 63rd New York Film Festival.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Lead partnership ticketing fulfillment and event RSVP tracking Maintain internal partnership production documents and reports Write and distribute the weekly NYFF Partner Newsletter Assist with trafficking creative assets and obtaining partner approvals for both partnerships and advertising campaigns Liaise with the NYFF production team to coordinate delivery and distribution of partner products and materials Help with partner check-in at screenings and select events Support the NYFF63 Account Assistant Capture and organize proof of performance assets, screenshots, and photography

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED 1-2

years of work experience either during college or post-graduation Strong competency in Google Suite Strong interpersonal communication skills Availability to work on evenings and weekends during NYFF62 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders Professionalism and appropriate decorum when interacting with colleagues and partners Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, take initiative, anticipate challenges, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Arts festival and/or event production experience Ticketing or front-of-house experience Experience with Eventival, Tessitura, and/or Asana Love of film
