Overview:
We’re looking for an Area Director of Business Development to join our team. You will report directly to the AVP of Business Development. You will be managing small teams of business development staff which will include training and mentoring as well as developing sales strategies that are designed to meet or exceed goals. You’ll provide leadership and support along with implementing short and long term goals for your team You’ll identify and coordinate the development of new business opportunities You’ll analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sale methods, costs and results You’ll assist in the development of key business partnerships within your assigned territory
About You:
Bachelors’ degree required 1+ years previous health care sales management experience required 3+ years previous direct sales experience in healthcare service industry required A proven track record of being a top performer
