Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and local business partners Track sales performance and report on key metrics Oversee customer service to ensure top-tier satisfaction Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and local outreach Stay up to date on LINE-X products, truck accessories, and industry trends
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or sales leadership role (automotive industry preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Basic computer skills (POS, CRM, Microsoft Office) High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus Must have a valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits:
