Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onsite Engagement Manager /Director to serve as the primary liaison between Coforge and Client . This role is pivotal in building trusted client relationships, enabling strategic alignment, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes through close collaboration with offshore and onshore teams. The ideal candidate will combine delivery oversight, relationship management, and account growth enablement, with a proven working experience in Banking domain.

Delivery Support & Operational Alignment Required Qualifications & Skills:

18+ years of experience in delivery, engagement, or account management roles within IT services, in Banking Services . Proven experience working onsite at client locations , managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships. Proven experience in Managed Services Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated experience in SOW management , invoicing coordination, and operations reporting. Ability to work independently while driving collaborative results across delivery and sales teams. Understanding of regulatory aspects (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS)
