In this role, you will lead a high-performing sales team, drive monthly unit volume, maintain strong customer satisfaction, and ensure profitability across all vehicle sales. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for coaching, closing deals , and creating a culture of success and accountability. As a key leader in our dealership, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and F&I team to execute sales strategies, develop staff, and achieve aggressive growth goals in a competitive market. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales management, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles. Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features, benefits, and pricing. Manage inventory effectively to ensure the availability of popular models. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers both in-person and over the phone. Handle outbound sales calls to follow up with potential leads and nurture client relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership offerings, promotions, and financing options. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures throughout the sales process. Experience Previous experience in Automotive sales only. Familiarity with dealership operations and inventory management is a plus. Proficiency in math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction. A proven track record in sales management or related fields will be advantageous.
