Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and interviews Produce and distribute internal correspondence including memos, letters, and forms Prepare and deliver reports as required Develop, maintain, and organize a digital and manual filing system Order office supplies and materials as needed Ensure effective operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance; call for repairs and maintain equipment supplies Communicate office procedures and related changes Develop and update administrative processes to improve efficiency Receive, sort, and distribute mail
