Our mission is to create a premium, empowering experience, and we’re building a passionate team that reflects those values. We currently have one thriving location in the St. Louis area, a second location opening later this year and plans to expand even further. We’re looking for a rockstar Sales Manager to lead our team, drive success across multiple locations as we scale and continue to execute on our elevated guest experience. About the

Role:

This is not your average Sales Manager role. You’ll have the unique opportunity to get a first hand look at our strong existing operations in our flagship location, while helping shape the go-to-market strategy for our second launch later this year. You’ll be the face of our business—coaching a team, driving results, and making sure our clients are treated like the VIPs they are. You’ll have a hand in everything from membership sales and client engagement to team motivation and goal setting. What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage our current studio, while prepping to oversee a second goGLOW location later this year Coach, motivate, and inspire a team to meet (and exceed!) sales and service goals Drive membership and retail sales through exceptional service and confident selling Hire, train, and develop a strong, positive, client-first team Ensure smooth daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and team coordination Foster a strong local brand presence and build community relationships Be ready to jump in wherever needed—we’re all hands on deck We’re Looking for

Someone Who:

Has 2+ years of experience in sales leadership or multi-unit retail/service management Is confident, approachable, and can easily build rapport with clients and team members Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and loves a good challenge Can create structure and drive accountability while keeping the vibe fun and supportive Is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people grow (inside and outside the salon) Has flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Is excited about skincare, beauty, wellness—and making people feel amazing
