Full Time Sales Manager Position Overview:

Successful candidates will be honest, able to demonstrate past sales and customer service excellence, be aggressive and organized, and truly enjoy working with and building a team of sales people. Past pool sales experience is a plus, as is experience working with Pool Design Software. You must be dependable, willing to get to work right away, and enjoy outside sales, inside sales, people, and pools. Your schedule may include evenings and weekends as clients and sales staff are available and may need your advice. We offer aggressive bonus plans with room for growth. • Responsible and accountable for driving and increasing pool sales
• Serve as key resource for all customers within designated geography
• Responsible for completing daily reports, and any other reports or paperwork requested by the management team
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and drive the selling effort by training and coaching store and field personnel to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Qualifications
• Three to five years of outside sales experience or a college degree and 1-2 year’s work experience
• Proficiency with computers
• Must enjoy meeting people and providing solutions that build long term business relationships
• Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus but not a requirement
• Must enjoy working with diverse teams of dynamic individuals who strive to win
• Must have reliable transportation and an excellent driving record
• Must be punctual and precise
