What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers Knock doors daily alongside your team to set the tone Drive lead volume by hitting neighborhoods and generating inspection appointments Track performance using our CRM and create weekly reports Motivate the team with contests, spiffs, and real-time coaching Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on goals and target zones Represent Northline with professionalism, energy, and purpose

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or managing a field team Proven leadership skills — you know how to rally people High energy, resilient, and coachable Excellent communication and people skills Strong sense of accountability (you don’t make excuses) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
