We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our catering services.

Position Summary:

The Catering Sales Representative is responsible for generating and managing catering sales for Phat Burrito. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and creating customized catering solutions to meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new catering sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses. Conduct sales presentations and tastings to showcase Phat Burrito’s catering offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for catering clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Customize catering proposals to meet the specific needs and budgets of clients. Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Event Coordination:

Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events. Communicate client preferences and requirements to the kitchen and delivery staff. Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events as needed.

Marketing and Promotion:

Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote catering services. Participate in community events and trade shows to increase brand visibility. Utilize social media and digital platforms to advertise catering options and special promotions.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Manage the catering calendar to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
