Healthcare Practice Leader – Charlotte, NC I’m partnered with a nationally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking a Healthcare Practice Leader to spearhead strategic growth, project delivery, and market presence within their Charlotte office. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare architect or planner who combines business development acumen, strong leadership, and deep ties to the Charlotte region. You’ll step into a high-visibility position with firmwide support, an established healthcare team, and a newly designed office space-offering the platform to truly make your mark.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Charlotte healthcare studio Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers Cultivate relationships with key healthcare clients and systems across the Carolinas Collaborate with leadership across offices to deliver high-impact healthcare environments Represent the firm in the Charlotte healthcare market and broader AEC community
What We’re Looking For:
Deep experience in healthcare architecture or planning Local network and market familiarity in Charlotte and surrounding regions Proven leadership and team-building experience Strong portfolio of healthcare work and client-facing capabilities Licensure preferred; NCARB and AIA certification a plus Why This Role?
