We are currently seeking a highly motivated andskilled professional to join our Sales Center Team as a SalesDirector. How the Position Works The Sales Director will overseethe daily operations of the call center and their employees andshould have experience organizing work groups, coaching employees,monitoring progress, enforcing policies, and ensuring excellentquality of business. The Sales Director must be people-centered,have strong communication skills, and be a natural leader whoinspires teams to own their work and deliver best in class resultswhile demonstrating a high level of integrity, professionalism, andstrong ethical standards in all aspects of their work. This role iswell suited for someone who likes a fast-paced environment, isdriven by a desire to help others, and is a creative thinker. Thisrole is full-time in the office.

Key Responsibilities include:

Leadall employees of the sales centers, including performance managersand team leads, and partner with other functions, including SalesOperations, Human Resources and Facilities, to ensure optimal teamperformance while upholding the highest standards of integrity andprofessionalism. Provide strategic direction for the sales center,aligning operations with organizational objectives and values.

Analyze sales center metrics, KPIs, and performance data toidentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhanceoperational effectiveness and overall results. Responsible formonitoring all call center technologies. Serve as a representativeof the site on internal and external project workgroups andstakeholder meetings. Demonstrate model leadership behavior andcommunicate with professionalism. Stay abreast of industry trends,best practices, and technological advancements in call centermanagement and the healthcare industry. Qualifications What youneed to be successful: Minimum of 5 years of experience in aleadership role within a sales center environment. Strongunderstanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Demonstratedintegrity and strong people leadership skills, with the ability tomotivate, develop, and manage teams while fostering a culture oftrust, respect, and accountability. Proven track record of successin improving sales center efficiency, performance, and customersatisfaction. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams andcollaborating with professionals with a variety of skills andbackgrounds. Demonstrated problem solving ability with experienceproviding business insights and recommendations. Strong written andverbal communication skills with the ability to effectively presentinformation publicly. Ability to trouble-shoot problem areas andrecommend and develop effective system and process improvements.

Solid financial acumen and budget management experience. Stronganalytical and conflict resolution skills. Ability to workeffectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge ofhealthcare industry best practices is preferred. Bachelor’s degreein business administration, Healthcare Administration, or relatedfield preferred.
