Jasco is looking for a Sales Manager – Lowe’s that will:
SupportSales Efforts:
Assist the National Account Manager in identifyingappropriate sales activities and strategies for achieving long andshort-term customer objectives. Promote customer service whileexecuting strategic objectives set by management.
CustomerInteraction:
Conduct and complete sales calls with clients andpotential clients alongside the National Account Manager. Listenactively and exercise sensitivity when interacting with customers.
Evaluate customer problems and situations and identify issues,opportunities, or new products and services beneficial to thecustomer.
Internal Coordination:
Support internal teams through allaspects of customer needs and expectations; help establishstrategic priorities, assortment mix, pricing, packaging, andpromotional tactics. Assist in delivering winning presentations andproposals.
Project Management:
Serve as a project manager forsmaller initiatives to develop contingency plans for unexpectedsituations. Navigate changes and plan accordingly.
Day-to-DayActivities:
Assist in planning and directing all sales activitieswithin the assigned account, including day-to-day activities.
Financial Projections:
Support the National Account Manager inmaking financial projections and achieving or exceeding establishedbudgets. Assist in preparing sales forecasts by product categoryand program.
Quality Management:
Promote total quality managementthrough active participation and commitment to improving servicesto all external and internal customers.
Location and WorkEnvironment:
Candidate must be located in the Charlotte, NC area.
Jasco’s local office is in Cornelius. Most days will be in a homeoffice, with meetings in the Corenlius office at least once a week,and as needed to support the customer. Plan for frequent storevisits and meetings at Lowe’s offices to best serve our partners.
Expect to travel 2 to 3 times per year to our corporateheadquarters in Oklahoma City and occasionally for Lowe’s corporateevents.

Noprior sales experience necessary. Experience in customer service orproject management is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree or equivalentexperience is preferred but not required.

Skills in consultative selling, negotiations, andcultivating relationships. Ability to plan, prioritize, and respondappropriately to internal and external customers. Ability toproblem-solve and adapt to changing customer demands with a senseof urgency. Excellent data management and strong analytical skillswith high attention to detail. Must have excellent communicationskills. Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Office, Excel, andPowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks / priorities and leadcross-functional projects. Ability to self-start and workproactively. Must have the self-discipline to work out of a homeoffice with hybrid office schedule. Must be able to work in afast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Positive, energeticattitude is a must.
