Job Description:

We are a luxury design build firm are looking for a dedicated Landscape Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales for our design/ build and installation division. You will be responsibe for driving sales by connecting with potential clients, understanding their landscape needs, and proposing tailored solutions. The pay range is based on a few commission factors that we will discuss in an interview. This range is just a projection. $75,000 is the lowest end you should make. I expect and hope you to make it to the 100k realm. But there is not a cap ! Your pay is based on your production.

Responsibilities:

Engage onsite with potential clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Connect clients with our landscape designers. We work with a few freelance design firms instead of having in house designers. Develop and present detailed proposals that cater to each client’s unique requirements. For projects, these proposals will be built off of the designs provided by the landscape designers. For small/ simple jobs that do not require a design, these proposals will be built based on the client and your ideas, notes, etc. Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, products, and industry trends. Attend networking events and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads. Collaborate with the design and implementation teams to ensure the seamless delivery of projects. Maintain detailed sales records and forecast sales targets. Nurture client relationships and solicit referrals.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in landscape sales or a related field. Commercial Landscape Sales experience is a plus 1+ years experience with electronic landscape estimating software (LMN experience is a plus) Proficiency in using electronic CRM software. Strong understanding of landscape design principles and trends. Exceptional and professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and present detailed sales proposals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid driver’s license.
