Own business development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement with passion and purpose. Own the

Collaborate across teams and deliver compelling pitches to executive leadership and key partners.
What You Bring:
Unstoppable energy, relentless drive, and serious hustle! 10+ years of experience in affordable housing development or related field – you’ve done this, and you’re ready to do it bigger Proven track record in project origination, financing, and execution Financial fluency and razor-sharp analytical and negotiation skills Robust network of industry relationships (developers, owners, syndicators, and brokers) Deep expertise in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA) and relevant regulations Self-starter with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Willingness to travel for site visits, stakeholder meetings, and industry events Why Join HHAD?
