Director of Sales (Signage) NH Signs Auburn, NH 03032 PIONEER
SALES GROWTH
We create business signage and gas station lighted displays that command attention. As our Director of Sales, you’ll take ownership of and manage existing accounts that generate consistent revenue to ensure client success while championing our bold signage solutions. You’ll also direct prospecting to forge strategic connections, and guide projects from precise site surveys to impeccable delivery, collaborating with designers, production teams, and the President. With keen insight, you’ll analyze sales data, shape persuasive proposals and cultivate lasting client relationships.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Take ownership of and manage existing accounts that generate consistent revenue. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital communication channels. Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by leveraging industry expertise, integrity, and solution-oriented approaches. Promote additional products/services (e.g., banners, vehicle lettering, ADA signage) to enhance customer business outcomes. Analyze sales and marketing data, provide recommendations to the President, and strategize to boost customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Conduct site surveys, assessing areas and providing detailed recommendations, measurements, and specifications. Collaborate with internal departments to align job schedules with customer delivery expectations. Prepare thorough survey sheets capturing measurements, access points, restrictions, branding, and material needs. Review work orders with designers, secure customer approvals, and coordinate with production teams on materials, fabrication, and scheduling. Ensure the installation team is fully briefed on job details before deployment. Develop pricing, create proposals, and review with the President; generate and review customer invoices. Follow up on payment delinquencies. Engage with walk-in customers to provide tailored solutions. Attend variance meetings and secure permits as needed.
MUST HAVES 3-5
years’ experience in branding, signage and/or sales, petroleum industry a plus 3 years’ experience in sales strategies, generating and closing sales Solid experience in conducting site surveys for signage or similar industry Excellent communication and customer relationship building skills Solid knowledge of CRM software Ability to communicate and lead a project team Positive, energetic and team player attitude required Ability to travel within New England Current drivers’ license and clean driving record required
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Work Schedule:
Monday•Friday 8:00 am•4:00 pm (in-office, not remote)
Pay:
$75,000 base salary plus commission with anticipated salary range of $125,000•$135,00 first year, significant growth potential
