As the Director of Peer Services , you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through: Address program vacancies or expansion by conducting interviews, obtaining references, and completing other assigned tasks related to the hiring process. Provide orientation and training to all new and existing staff as needed. Implement harm reduction strategies aimed at helping individuals minimize their immediate health and safety risks. Coordinate outreach to referrals within 24 hours of receiving referral during business hours and next business day if referral after business hours. Review care plans developed by staff members and ensure they are completed according to program guidelines. Facilitate general program oversight and development.

Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30
Qualifications:
