Sales and Marketing Lead (Hybrid Role) This is a hybrid position , meaning you’ll work remotely with in-person responsibilities or meetings, based on your location and client needs. We’re looking for a creative-minded, high-energy Sales and Marketing Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help shape the future of decentralized advertising. Key Requirements Based in Syracuse, NY This is a hybrid role with occasional in-person meetings—you must reside in or near Syracuse and be familiar with the local business landscape. Proven Background in Sales You’ve worked in B2B sales, marketing, or brand outreach and can demonstrate a track record of hitting targets, closing deals, and managing client relationships. Results-Driven and Relentless Motivated by goals and performance metrics, you push for outcomes and don’t stop until the job is done. Organized and Goal-Oriented You keep a structured pipeline, prioritize your day, and focus on execution to move opportunities forward. Tech-Savvy and Digital-First Comfortable using CRM platforms, productivity tools, and social media to find leads, track progress, and expand visibility. Persuasive and Personable Communicator You can win trust quickly, pitch clearly, and adapt your message to suit the audience—whether it’s a small business owner or a larger brand. Creative and Strategic Thinker You don’t just follow the playbook—you help write it, offering new ideas for outreach, campaigns, and community growth.
