OVERVIEW

 We are looking for a Clinical Sales Director to lead strategic growth efforts in the K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of high performance, a deep understanding of the unique staffing and clinical service needs of schools, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key education decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our clinical services footprint in K-12 schools.
Engage with superintendents, special education directors, and school administrators to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored clinical solutions.
Use your knowledge of school systems, special education, and funding structures to position our services as essential solutions.
Deliver compelling, client-focused presentations that clearly communicate value and drive decision-making.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
Attend key education and healthcare conferences to network and promote our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
3+ years of successful sales experience with strong revenue results
K-12 industry experience
Knowledge of school budgets and funding structures
Strong client relationship skills in clinical or educational settings
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Willing to travel frequently across multiple states ESS
