40.00Job Summary Leads and supports the sales and retention team indeveloping and executing growth and retention strategies across allcore product lines, including Individual ACA, Employer Group,Medicare Advantage, and TPA/Self-Funded plans. Builds strategic andlong-term relationships with brokers, consultants, clients, andsystem market leaders to drive enrollment, maximize retention, andenhance the customer experience. Elevates the organization’svisibility, value proposition, and market presence whileidentifying new opportunities for sustainable growth across diversemarkets. Responsible for oversight and leadership of the sales andretention team, focusing on efficient internal operationalworkflows and sales targets to ensure departmental goals are met.

Drives innovation with a continual focus on seeking better ways toserve our consultants, brokers, clients and members to the highestlevel. Builds and maintains strong, effective relationships withagency leaders, clients, internal and external colleagues withinthe organization to continue to push the Health Plan forward.

Coaches colleagues to solve problems, grow and set high standardsand challenges within the department. Strengthens strategicpartnerships to advance sustainability and growth whiledistinguishing the organization as a leader within theorganization’s footprint. Serves as a source of market intelligencefor product development, marketing and sales efforts. Demonstratespassion for prospecting new business opportunities and keepingretention metrics high year-over-year. Acts as a positiverepresentative of the Health Plan to the community andstakeholders. A strong focus on mentorship working alongsideAccount Executives and Market Development Partners in the field,helping to cultivate the expectations and value-addedpropositionthe Health Plan offers to prospects, clients, membersand brokers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales,Public Relations or Business required. Ten years of provenexperience in sales, service or account management experience inhealth insurance industry, with multi-line product knowledge (ACA,Group, Medicare, TPA). Demonstrated success in both new businessgrowth and member/broker retention strategies. Strong analyticaland presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functionalteams. Excellent broker and client relationship-building expertise.

Health insurance license required within 3 months of hire date.
