Tedom USA (www.tedom.com) Job Summary Tedom USA, a global leader in combined heat and power (CHP) systems, is expanding its U.S. sales team and seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to cover the Northeast region. You will lead direct sales efforts and support our dealer network, working with engineering firms, EPC contractors, large energy consumers, and institutions such as hospitals and universities. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a respected European manufacturer entering a new phase in the U.S. market. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a seasoned sales professional with: 5+ years’ experience in CHP, cogeneration, HVAC, microgrids, or distributed energy systems Proven ability to close complex technical sales ($1M+ projects) Experience working with utilities, developers, or large commercial/industrial energy users Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and how electricity is generated Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus Valid driver’s license and passport Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Systems, or related field preferred Familiarity with utility interconnection, emissions regulations, and incentive programs Comfortable with cold outreach, CRM systems, and reporting Able to travel frequently and work independently Technically inclined and confident in client-facing negotiations What Success Looks Like Within 12 months: a pipeline of 5-10 qualified projects and at least 2 closed sales totaling $1-2M+ Active engagement in trade shows, warm leads, and web inquiries Strong collaboration with internal teams and dealer network Taking a leadership role in the U.S. sales strategy and mentoring future hires What We Offer Competitive base salary: $70,000-$80,000 + performance bonuses Bonus structure: up to $10K+ annually (e.g. $3,000 per Quanto sale, $2,000 per Cento) Complex turnkey project bonuses (~1% of project value) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching 10 PTO days + 10 paid holidays Work-from-home flexibility Paid training Company credit card and travel expense allowance Annual performance reviews Opportunity to grow into U.S. sales leadership as team expands Apply today to help bring cleaner, more efficient energy to North America with Tedom USA.
