  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships withcurrent Channel Partners
  • Select appropriate channels and add themas our partners to efficiently sell strategic GraphicCommunication’s and Device Technology’s products to the market.
  • Support sales expansion of channel partners with whom they haveestablished relationships and strive to maintain relationships withchannels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and FSMs to helpprovide the best solution for customers.
  • Assist dealers andBusiness Managers with deal making and pricing.
  • Collaborate todevelop annual strategic plans, by segment and GraphicCommunication’s and Device Technology’s product for each ChannelPartner, along with tactical commitments to support these broaderplans.
  • Meets or exceeds assigned targets for profitable salesrevenue and strategic objectives.
  • Schedule business reviewsagainst annual business plans with each Channel Partner on aminimum of a bi-annual basis
  • Continuously evaluate performance ofcurrent Channel Partners against current market needs and developoptions for new and/or different Channel Partners to improve BID’smarket penetration. (This includes managing all aspects ofcommunication to existing Channel Partners who are not meetingmutually agreed to commitments, up to and including termination ofdistribution rights)
  • Coordinate the involvement of support,service, and management resources in order to meet partnerperformance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Coordinatefinancial, logistical, and administrative procedures for accounts.
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.
  • Recommend productor service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and salespotential.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop salesplans to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales performanceagainst stated objectives.
  • Provide regular and accurate salesforecasts.
  • Control territory costs within established budgetslevels for consigned equipment, sample product, and other areas asdetermined by the company.

  • Perform related duties as assigned by themanager. Required Skills/Education
  • High school diploma or GEDequivalent
  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience preferably inthe Graphics/Printing Industry
  • Knowledge of GCD’s key segments -Commercial, Sign and Display, Packaging and Device Technology
  • 5years sales and territory management
  • Experience working for orwith Channel Partners
  • Demonstrated ability to think and planstrategically.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strongrelationships.
  • An understanding of all available companyresources and how and when to deploy them during sales campaigns.
  • Ability to interact with and influence various levels of managementwithin the assigned account base.
  • Outstanding organization andtime management skills.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, andnegotiation skills
  • Essential communication skills, both writtenand verbal
  • Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills (productmanagement, support, sales, service, and management)
  • Workingknowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook,and PowerPoint. Ability to navigate company intranet site, as wellas complete various online forms and required spreadsheets (dealmodel, etc.)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel 30-40%Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Knowledge ofSalesforce or other CRM
  • Previous experience with proven resultsof consistently exceeding annual revenue assignments and quota ofdriving channel sales ideally within the same product category andchannel.
  • Experience with building and leading a sales & marketingteam.
