The Align Digital Platform is an end-to-end suite of integratedproprietary tools and services, fueled by the iTero IntraoralScanners platform. The Digital Platform Territory Manager willleverage commercial acumen, market insights and consultative selliTero to Orthodontists in the defined territory. Role expectations
- Modernize the current install base of iTeros by supportingincreased utilization of the placed iTero systems
- Expand theOrthodontic efficiency and conversion through additional unitplacement in current and new accounts
- The successful candidatewill join a region of Invisalign Orthodontic Territory Managers,moving an industry forward to maximum efficiency in DigitalOrthodontics.
- Manage a sales territory overlaying with anestablished Invisalign Orthodontic Region, serving as a businesspartner to modernize and grow the iTero intraoral scanners installbase, ultimately leading to the adoption of Invisalign clearaligners in Ortho practices
- Use insights and consultative sellingto influence customers to adopt new digital processes and tools
- Plan and execute a territory plan, maximizing potential in existingaccounts and actively prospecting new iTero opportunities in theassigned territory
- Partner with other Align sellers, clinicalsupport, Universities and Orthodontics/Dental laboratories withinyour territory to maximize customer experience and ongoingpromotion of Align solutions What were looking for
- Bachelor’sdegree and/or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 4 yearsof relevant experience required. Experience can be outsidebusiness-to-business (B2B) sales experience or industry experienceselling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic,or other relevant combination of sales (inside or outside).Knowledge of Orthodontic Specialty and marketplace is preferred.
- Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability to have businessdiscussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and relevantdiscovery meetings around critical practice needs.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system(Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms
- Proventrack record of achieving sales goals
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionallyoutside to attend meetings and events.
- Ability to meet thephysical requirements of the position, which includes lifting up to40lbs
