Celigois seeking a Director, Strategic Sales for our growing Enterpriseand Strategic Accounts Acquisition team. This position will reportto the VP of New Logo Sales. What would you do, if hired?
- Coach,mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 AE’s towards maximizingsubscription-based ARR within a defined region
- Work with othersales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process forour target market
- Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration withthe Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams
- Contribute at a strategic level by targeting new market segments,verticals, and use cases Who are we looking for?
- Sales leaderwith 5 years of successfully managing a field sales team in ahigh-growth B2B SaaS environment
Relevant Sales Experience:
- Proven success managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutionsto net new customers
- Experience engaging with a partner ecosystemto maximize customer value
- Selling to mid-market and enterpriseeCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus Celigoreasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 – $150,000per year for this position.
Actual starting base pay will bedetermined by skills, experience, geographic location, and othernon-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation mayalso include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks asoutlined in any formal employment offer made. Why Celigo
