We are looking for an Enterprise SalesDirector to join our team and help maximize a massive marketopportunity. This is a full timeremote role, reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Sales.

What you’ll do: Full sales cycle role selling into HR/Benefitsleaders at larger size companies from 10K to 100K employees andorganizations across the globe. Work closely with BDRs and membersof our Strategic Alliances team to close opportunities that theygenerate, as well as self source your own within your territory byworking with top consultants Own and iterate full cycle salespitches using a consultative sales approach, including but notlimited to running RFPs, discovery calls, Spring Health overviewpresentations, demonstrations of the technology platform, pricingand proposal analysis and reviews, negotiation to procurement, andmore. Prioritize strategically valuable accounts in the assignedterritory, and opportunities in line with our national salesapproach and strategy Build business cases for VPs/C-levels Workcross-functionally to provide key market feedback on client andconsultant needs and product roadmap Develop mutually beneficialpartnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefitsconsultants and grow the relationships over time Travel as neededto close the sale and/or support Spring Health in industry events(~30%) Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying newopportunities in the territory. Understand client’s business needs,pain, challenges and goals to provide solutions that align withtheir strategic initiatives. Meeting or exceeding defined sales quota What you’ll bring: Strongtrack record of quota attainment in an Enterprise sales role for 8years Strongly prefer benefits/healthcare sales experience, but notrequired A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system,especially mental health Outstanding communication skills and athoughtful and collaborative approach to sales Entrepreneurialfocus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-pacedenvironment with a high tolerance for ambiguity Strong backgroundand track record of success as an individual contributor, withexperience closing 6-figure deals and crushing quota Humility,resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability withchange Emotional intelligence and an empathetic nature The abilityto travel up to 30% of the year for sales pitches and representingSpring Health at industry events The target base salary range forthis position is $160,000 – $220,000, and is part of a competitivetotal rewards package including stock options and benefits.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined bya number of factors including experience, location, internal payequity, and other relevant business considerations.
