This is a quota-carrying hunter sales role targetingEnterprise level companies who need uncompromising speed,simplicity, scale, and sustainability when storing, managing,processing, and analyzing their data. Regional Sales Manageryou:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to ourcustomers Develop and execute against a strategic plan to createsales pipeline while acquiring new logos and maintaining positiveongoing relationships with customers Accelerate customer adoptionthrough education and engagement Work with strategic and VARpartners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunitiesCollaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle,including product, support, and sales engineering Interface at manylevels of WEKA senior management

Requirements:

5 years of IT Salesexperience Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directlyimpacting the growth of the company Technical acumen as it relatesto storage and networking Proven track record of effective sellingSuperb written and verbal communications skills Ability to travelas needed for client meetings and industry events.

USA ResidentsOnly:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which theCompany reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for theposition in the specified geographic areas or locations, is$300,000-320,000. Final compensation will be dependent on variousfactors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographicallocation, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevantjob-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevantbusiness and organizational factors, consistent with applicablelaw. In addition, the position may include some of the followingcomprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K),Flexible Time off (FTO), sick time, leave of absence as per theFMLA and other relevant leave laws.
