What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Powersports and a drive for sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong social skills, be active on social media, and have excellent follow-up abilities. If you are self-motivated and eager to develop your skills while contributing to our team’s success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong follow-up practices to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Follow directions from management and implement feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong social skills and a passion for building relationships.
- Proven ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Active presence on social media and familiarity with marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous sales experience in Powersports or related industries is a plus, but not required.
