If that sounds like you, keep reading. The Role We’re looking for a hard-driving, high-accountability Sales Manager to lead and grow our ten-person sales team. You’ll oversee 5 Success Managers, and 5 Outbound Callers. This isn’t a sit-back-and-coach role. We want someone in the trenches, inspecting pipelines, refining scripts, obsessing over call data, and holding the team to performance standards that drive revenue. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and manage a team of 10 Implement and refine Challenger or Sandler-style sales processes Obsess over
KPIs:
calls per day, demos booked, close rate, customer success metrics Develop, track, and enforce outbound call scripts and customer success playbooks Hire and onboard additional sales and biz dev roles as we grow Coach performance with a data-first mindset—no fluff Align closely with leadership to ensure sales strategy matches growth goals Deliver pipeline forecasting, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards Help us dominate the tech-enabled direct mail space What We’re Looking For Proven success in a sales leadership role, ideally in inside sales or tech-enabled services Experience with Sandler, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks and HubSpot CRM would be ideal You’re obsessed, in a good way, with metrics, performance, and dialing in repeatable systems Hands-on leadership style with high accountability Comfortable in a growing, high-performance, no-excuses environment Strong coaching, training, and recruiting abilities Compensation & Perks $80,000-$90,000 base salary $15,000-$20,000 performance bonus Health reimbursement account 401(K) with employer match $1,000 tech stipend—laptop, etc. Future opportunities for upward mobility in a fast-scaling company
