As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for responding to general inquiries via phone, email, and mail, and providing exceptional customer service to all clients. Responsibilities:

Attend client meetings and venue site visits as needed with the sales manager Manage and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our decor props and catering options to assist clients in selecting appropriate options for their events Demonstrate a solid understanding of general event logistics, including timelines, schedules, and vendors Work on-site during the set-up and breakdown of events as needed to ensure seamless execution Effectively and efficiently assist with proposal writing and pricing to meet client needs and expectations Facilitate the sending and receiving of design contracts, payments, and deposits Keep other departments informed with timely and detailed event contracts, providing accurate and updated information

Qualifications:

Customer Service experience 1 year Microsoft Office experience required Multitasking and planning proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on-site at events as needed Food service experience is a plus About Company Knoxville’s Premier Hotel.
